Our energy: The source of life

Victor Manuel Guzmán Villena

The energy we can conceptualize as willpower, stamina, tenacity, the power to act under. A body has energy when it is capable of doing work. Often, we use the word energy applied to humans, to a combustion engine, the force of water in the power plant, a nuclear power plant.

We apply this word to anything that is capable of making an effort to change, so one of the most important ways in which energy occurs is throught the heat and its main source is the sun, and this star of light represents to us as what is call conscience to act and transform.

Physiologists have limited their attention to the physical body, fairly dense, to observe, many are unaware of the degree of still physically material, but invisible and that in theosophy (doctrine of several schools illuminated by the divine) call ethereal, it is the mass of faintly violet gray light mist that penetrates the thick part of the physical body and extends beyond this.

This invisible part of the physical body is important because it is the link through which flow the vital currents that keep alive the body and serves as a bridge to transfer the undulations of thought and emotion from the astral body to the dense physical body, without this bridge the ego could not use the brain cells.

The chakras or force centers are points of connection or link through which energy flows from one to another vehicle or body. Any person who holds a degree of clairvoyance can see them easily in the double etheric, in which surface appears like depressions are swirling vortexes of energy. They are centers of force located within our body, through which we receive, transmit and process the vital energy.
The main purpose of working with the chakras and understand them is to create integration and unity within ourselves. Thus, we take the various aspects of our consciousness from the physical to the spiritual, to a harmonious relationship.

This Chakra is located at the base of the spine and corresponds to the vital energy, Physical Activity, Self-Confidence, the settlement that we have on earth.
This Chakra is located in the sacral area and corresponds to Creativity, Emotions and Sexuality.

This Chakra is located at the solar plexus and relates to Personal Power, Strength of Will, Intellect and Initiative.
This Chakra is located around the heart and relates to Feelings, Love, Idealism, Sensitivity and Mental Activity.
This Chakra is located in the throat area and relates to the Communication, Speech, Verbal and Emotional Expression.
This Chakra is located between the eye and corresponds to Intuition, Discernment, the ability to make Decisions and Learn.
This Chakra is located in the crown of the head and correspond to Spirituality, Inspiration and Channeling. It is the junction point with the Universe.

Finally, we began to recognize that the various aspects of ourselves (physical, material, sexual, spiritual, etc..) Work together, and that every aspect in itself is an integral part of everything.

Awareness of this gives great comprehension into how we affect our bodies, minds, circumstances for better or for worse. Understanding the chakras and their relationship to our consciousness is to understand better ourselves.

Understand ourselves will allow us to make decisions from ta place of consciousness and balance, and do not blinded influenced by unknown forces. The old adage still resonates: Know yourself!

The most powerful way to open, activate and balance all the chakras and keep our body and mind in a healthy condition is unconditionally love ourselves and others. This may not seem a scientific technique, but it is.

Love is the bigger "healer". Love is the "vitalizing" electricity, nourishing and sustaining of life. When we love ourselves and we are able to offer this love to others, we maintain our system body/mind vitalized charged with this electricity.

To love ourselves and others, unconditionally, may sound like something difficult to achieve but in reality is as simple as starting to believe it's possible!

Lie down, place the corresponding stone for the mineral kingdom or a clear crystal quartz in each of the chakras.

Relax in a comfortable position. When you breathe, imagine and feel a chakra and surrounding organs with vital force. Do this for one of the seven chakras. Become aware of your breath. Conscious breathing aligns your body, mind and spirit.

Use your imagination. It is one of the most valuable tools you possess to create any reality you choose.

Use the power of vibration of the sound (song, litany, musical instruments.) Knowingly expand your expression of unconditional love, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness and creativity.

-Live a life of honesty and integrity.
-Eat fruits and vegetables with the corresponding colors of the chakras.
